1-1 training is my premium service. Working closely with me will ensure that you get the best results possible. I can't promise it will be easy. But I guarantee it will be worth it.

I take the guess work and stress of programme design away from you. Instead, I'll provide you with a progressive training program, accountability and continuous support.

THE PT HUB

The PT Hub is my private training facility designed to create a hard working, but enjoyable environment with high quality equipment that you would find in any good gym. 

 

I have worked with clients in the past who don’t feel comfortable or just don’t enjoy the chaos of general public gyms. With this in mind, my aim with the PT Hub is to raise the standard of 1-1 and small group personal training and play my part in helping people become healthier, happier, fitter and stronger.
